I'm extremely surprised by the idea of additional screening for Muslims. One republican suggested this and I think this is in the totally wrong direction. Not only is this racial profiling, but this would annoy even more Muslims. Islam is not a terrorist religion, and terrorism is very against Muslim ways. Some of these republicans running for president are just making fools of themselves and showing negative colors. Like people said this is unconstitutional, so this wouldn't make it very far in congress. This is just a start to more racial profiling, and it isn't a positive thing.

I don't really know what to think about pedophiles. They have been popping up in the news recently and I think it is kind of strange. The mind of pedophile kind of makes sense about what he is thinking. The connection to drugs might be a little much, but the denial of the action makes sense. Is there a connection of sport team coaches in pedophiles? I didn't like that there was a pedophile on the show because this kind of a crime is really disgusting. I hope the man doesn't pay his way out of jail because he needs to be in there. The mental telepathy seemed a little funny of a saying to use. I doubt that he erased his memories of the molestation of these children.

The Penn State Scandal was a unfunny matter that involved Sandusky raping young boys for over a 15 year time period. This first was known when one boy confessed that he had been raped by Sandusky, and this lead to the confession of many others. Joe Paterno witnessed these rapes and did not report this to the police. Joe Paterno was forced into resignation after these confessions.

Alan Moore had a dream of scoring a free point in a college football game. If he did this, he would be the oldest player to ever score in a college football game. Alan Moore made this accomplishment at the age of 61 becoming the oldest player to score in a college football game. He shows a great example of following your dreams, and is truly inspirational. He had to quit college football to attend the war in Vietnam, and was never able to return back to football. It took him a little bit to get settled in with the other players, but some were nice enough to come and meet him. Most didn't even notice his age till he took his helmet off. Alan Moore has grandchildren that represented him at the game.

I couldn't find the article, so I'm just going to blog about the occupy movement. I still think the whole thing is stupid since a lot of people don't know what they want out of the movement. People are just taking advantage of the protest and rioting as seen in Oakland. I was glad to hear that the NYPD cleared out the movement, I would of done this a month earlier. I'm a lot less patient then these guys.

Europe has banned x-ray body scanners that are used in U.S. airports. The E.U. did not want to risk civilians' health and safety. They knew this because PBS did an investigation on the scanners, and it is shown to damage DNA and cause cancer. Scientists say that even low amounts of radiation can raise the chances to get cancer. TSA, of course, proudly says that the scanner have found over 300 dangerous or illegal items. I think that a majority of these items are illegal drugs but that is just me. These scanners popped up after the failed underwear bomber.

I like that the police cleared out the Occupy Wall Street Camp. The protest wasn't going anywhere and didn't have much direction, so I think it was about time that the police took control. A lot of the protesters had no idea why they were there and some were there but not supporting the cause. I'm a little disappointed in police for their work on the 9/11 prank call case. They should be able to trace the call or get the number checked out. I hope that the harassment stops for this family because it is a real shame to see this happen.

I'm just wondering why those veterans are in jail. This probably has to do with veterans having a hard time picking up jobs when they return. I think that they should still stay in prison because they broke the law. Everyone is still equal under law even if you did serve this country. If they release veterans from jail, there is a possibility of releasing very dangerous people.

I think that if you do put a lot of time into to something, that you won't automatically be great at it. I say this just because many sports players played that sport all their lives and some still aren't great at that sport. You are sort of born with the ability to do well at certain sports. The man in the video is showing a great deal of passion and determination towards golf, which explains his decent progress. I have similar experience with situations like this since I became good at chess in around a year, and for a friend of mine it took 5 years to be decent.

I think Google+ is king of stupid. It is just another social media site that has the same features as other websites. Facebook is just too big of a site to be taken down for a while, and Google+ isn't the site that will. Google is just taking their shot at another social media, and they are running out of ideas. This will just be another Google Buzz. This site also requires an age of 18 or older as well as having a poor security system. I'm just wondering when Google+ will die out.

FEMA has been used for a nationwide test. School bands also allow students to buy sugary drinks, and studys are now showing that banning sugary drinks in school doesn't prevent students from drinking soda, etc. It is also now being discussed that schools should allow students to buy soda at schools. I think that schools should not sell sodas in school still. With the ban active it does slightly help students with consuming sugary drinks.

It sucks that it is Friday because the day will go by so slowly. I'm going to be staring at the clock all day since I'm so stoked for the weekend. Four day weekend is going to be amazing. I'm also feeling pumped today since yesterday I had three quizes. Today will be a good day.

In Oakland, police threw tear gas at civilians that were occupying streets. In Oakland, people started to throw rocks and firecrackers at the police. I personally think that the occupy X Street movement is kind of stupid. A majority of people don't really know why they are doing it, and it kind of annoys me that people are leaving their families and jobs for a movement that they might not be sure about. This movement has spread all over the country, and it is starting to stand out more in the news. This movement does have a cause, but people are taking advantage of occupying. The riots in Oakland are saddening when this started out as a peaceful protest, but cities are starting riots.

Long lunch today from Mr. Lindsay's room. Today is going to suck so much. Also, I decided to get a haircut since my hair getting out of easy control. I also just heard we are going to the IMAX place a week later. That sucks, but I guess it will be more like a Christmas present. Also, we have a 16 day break. I think that is a lot more then last year. I know this is being really tweedle dee and tweedle dumb, but I'm just speaking my mind.

Yesterday I saw a little boy that wants to be in the girl scouts. His name is Bobby M. and he was 7 years old. In my opinion he shouldn't be allowed to be in girl scouts. I only say this because girl scouts is for girls. Having a guy in the girl scouts would just cause problems for both genders.
